Are tickets refundable?
Yes, tickets are refundable if requested by May 30 2026. After that date tickets can be transferred to another attendee of your choice. If you have a ticket and would like to request a refund, please email [email protected]
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes, registrations are transferable. Please email us at [email protected] with the name and contact details of the person taking your place.
Who should attend swampUP?
What does my conference ticket include?
Your registration to swampUP 2026 includes all access to keynotes, breakout sessions, workshops, the expo hall, and networking events. Meals and refreshments during the conference are included, as well as an invitation to our community Gala dinner. Hands-on training labs are available at an additional charge, which also include CPE credits.
Do tickets include hotel stay?
We do have discounted hotel room blocks for those attending swampUP. Please check the site for the link to book your hotel. We will also be sending reminders.
Can I submit a session proposal?
Absolutely! We welcome session proposals from the community. Submit your talk at https://sessionize.com/swampup-2026 by April 15, 2026.
Will meals be provided?
Yes, attendees will enjoy complimentary meals, snacks, and beverages throughout the conference. Dietary restrictions can be noted during registration.
