Are tickets refundable?
Yes, tickets are refundable if requested by July 15th, 2026. After that date tickets can be transferred to another attendee of your choice. If you have a ticket and would like to request a refund, please email [email protected]
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes, registrations are transferable. Please email us at [email protected] with the name and contact details of the person taking your place.

What does my conference ticket include?
Your registration to swampUP 2026 includes access to all keynotes, breakout sessions, workshops, and networking events. Meals and refreshments during the conference are also included. As well as an invitation to our Gala dinner. If you have purchased the “Training Pass” you will also have access to our hands-on training labs which include CPE credits.
Do tickets include hotel stay?

Can I submit a session proposal?
Absolutely! We welcome session proposals from the community. Submit your idea by May 18, 2026 here
