Yes, tickets are refundable if requested by July 15th, 2026. After that date tickets can be transferred to another attendee of your choice. If you have a ticket and would like to request a refund, please email [email protected]

What does my conference ticket include?
Your registration to swampUP Europe 2026 includes access to all keynotes, breakout sessions, workshops, and networking events at the InterContinental Barcelona. Meals, refreshments, and an invitation to the Gala Dinner on October 21 are included. Attendees who purchase a Training Pass also receive access to hands-on training labs on October 20, including CPE credits.
Do tickets include hotel stay?
Hotel stay is not included, but we have negotiated discounted rates at the InterContinental Barcelona for swampUP Europe 2026 attendees. Please check the this link book your hotel. We will also be sending reminders.
Can I submit a session proposal?
Absolutely! We welcome session proposals from practitioners shaping DevOps, DevSecOps, AI security, AI governance, and platform engineering. Submit your idea by May 18, 2026 here
Will meals be provided?
Yes, attendees will enjoy complimentary meals, snacks, and beverages throughout the conference. Dietary restrictions can be noted during registration.
