At JFrog, we are committed to fostering a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants of swampUP 2025. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for behavior and establishes clear guidelines for acceptable and unacceptable conduct during the event.

All attendees—including participants, sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, and vendors—are expected to adhere to these guidelines and conduct themselves in a lawful, ethical, respectful, and professional manner at all times.

Expected Conduct

All attendees must:

• Engage in a respectful, considerate, and collaborative manner.
• Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Follow all event rules and venue policies.

Unacceptable Conduct

The following behaviors will not be tolerated:

• Disruptive Behavior: Engaging in speech or actions that interfere with the event or disturb other participants.
• Harassment & Discrimination: Any form of demeaning, discriminatory, or intimidating behavior, including stalking, inappropriate physical contact, or harassment based on sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, transgender status, race, age, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Inappropriate Attire: Wearing clothing that is not suitable for a professional work environment, including attire that is provocative, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Property Damage & Illegal Substances: Destroying or vandalizing personal property, event materials, or the event venue; possessing illegal substances, firearms, weapons, or hazardous materials.
• Offensive Language & Conduct: Engaging in lewd, obscene, or offensive behavior, including the use of sexually explicit language, profane gestures, or racial, religious, or ethnic slurs.
• Unauthorized Use of Nudity or Sexual Content: Displaying inappropriate images or media in any format.
• Smoking Restrictions: Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

Enforcement & Reporting

Violations of this Code of Conduct will not be tolerated. JFrog and event organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action against any individual who violates these guidelines, up to and including removal from the event without warning or refund. In severe cases, local law enforcement may be involved.

If you experience or witness any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it immediately to event organizers.
