He brings 28+ years across government, defense, and corporate cybersecurity. Nir previously served as R&D Executive Director at Israel’s National Cyber Directorate, where he founded CERT-IL, and as a Lt. Colonel in one of the IDF’s elite technology units, as well as leadership roles in several cybersecurity startups.

Dafna Zahger-Bernanka leads product marketing for Security, AI and Governance at JFrog. With nearly 15 years in marketing and close to a decade in B2B cybersecurity, she focuses on translating complex security and regulatory concepts to help executives, CISOs, and practitioners make the right business decisions. As a technologist, she has spent the past year at the center of JFrog’s response to DORA, the UK Software Security Code of Practice, and now the ECB directive.

Viktor Farcic is a lead rapscallion at Upbound, a member of the CNCF Ambassadors, Google Developer Experts, CDF Ambassadors, and GitHub Stars groups, and a published author. He is also a host of the YouTube channel DevOps Toolkit and a co-host of DevOps Paradox.

Shachar is VP of Security Research at JFrog. With over 15 years of experience in security research, including low-level R&D, reverse engineering and vulnerability research, Shachar is responsible for leading a team of researchers in discovering and analyzing emerging security threats, specializing in automated analysis of security vulnerabilities. Before joining JFrog, Shachar worked at AR giant Magic Leap, in charge of Magic Leap’s low-level OS security team, where he continued specializing in areas such as Linux & Android security architecture, implementing custom kernel and bootloader mitigations, and securing development lifecycle processes. This led to a successful release of Magic Leap’s OS which has remained unhacked to this day. Shachar holds a BSc in Electronics Engineering and Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University.

Yuval is the co-founder and CTO of Qwak and currently serves as CTO of JFrog ML following Qwak’s acquisition by JFrog. In his role, he pioneers a fully managed, user-friendly ML Platform, enabling creators to reshape data, construct, train, and deploy models, and meticulously oversee the complete Machine Learning lifecycle.

Shai is VP Product for Artifactory at JFrog, leading the evolution of the platform powering modern software delivery. A seasoned tech executive and entrepreneur, Shai’s background bridges scale-up product leadership and hands-on innovation, having previously built startups as well as leading international enterprise R&D and product organizations. He holds degrees in Computer Science and Law from Tel-Aviv University and a Sloan Masters from London Business School.

He has prior experience with large-scale enterprises like Philips Healthcare. Nico is based in Waalre, the Netherlands, is married, and has two children.
